I found a good blog about nutrition, exercise, and general health called Diet Hack. Contrary to its name, it's not a blog about going on a diet, and the posts really aren't hacks. Diet Hack is written by a med student, and it provides a lot of great health information. Posts vary from how to make a healthy meal to a discussion about what a calorie is.
Diet Hack is well-written and interesting. Check it out.
